What do you like best about your job? The most rewarding part of my job is watching the production of a job from start to finish – how a quote for a job is formulated, getting the job, setting it up for production and watching the finished product loaded on the truck. The “TEAM” has done it again! Before working at Baker Industries, what was the most interesting job you’ve had?  The most interesting job I had was working for various steamship lines in the logistics department and leading a team in automating the loading and off-loading of containers.
What is your favorite part about working for Baker? Baker lends itself to diversity. I enjoy seeing these individuals from different walks of life, band together, take pride in their work, and become accountable for each other. Therefore, I enjoy the people; I enjoy diversity!

What is your role at Baker Industries? Sales Manager
What do you like best about your job? I have been looking to make the move to non-profit and use my skills to help as many people as possible. Baker gives me the chance to do just that. The team is very passionate about the Baker mission.
Before working at Baker Industries, what was the most interesting job you’ve had?  I was a Senior Sales Executive for Thomasnet for the past 16 years selling directly to manufacturers. The most interesting part of the job was touring the facilities of these companies and finding out how things are made. I never knew how much went into making a medical instrument, a gage, a pizza oven or just a paper tube.
What is your favorite part about working for Baker? Knowing that what I am doing will positively effect peoples lives.
